You can use the same strategy to memorise huge amounts of information quickly, develop accelerated learning, revision and exam technique. The techniques are easy to learn and are suitable to teach others, for example parents could take all of this and teach the skills to their children. I’ve personally taught these strategies to children as young as 8.

All you need to do is download the pdf document and follow along as you watch the videos and do the exercises. Watching the video will show you what to do. The running commentary in the pdf document will give you hints and tips as well as tell you what is really going on.
